Bail Out Blues

I overheard a couple of people talking about the financial bailout at lunch today.  One of the two women was very excited about the possibility of it because then her foreclosure would just 'go away'!  Her friend was very excited for her!  This is just one example of how Americans don't understand what this bailout will mean to them.
